Lead Line Cook- No Late Nights

Tired of Corporate Kitchens ? This is the job for you ! We are looking for a line cook to lead and oversee our daily back of house restaurant operations. Must be a multi tasker and have speed. The responsibilities include supervising the food prep and cooking, maintain complying with safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

  • Store food products in compliance with safety practices (e.g. in refrigerators)
  • Maintain sanitation and safety standards in the kitchen area

Skills

  • Proven work experience as a line cook.
  • Hands-on experience with ordering ingredients
  • Knowledge of a wide range of recipes and creative with food specials
  • Familiarity with kitchen sanitation and safety regulations
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to multi task
  • Flexibility to work during evenings and weekends

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18 - $22
