Lead Line Cook/ Senior Chef de Partie

We are seeking a passionate, experienced, and highly organized Lead Line Cook to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be the "heart of the house" leader, ensuring high-quality food preparation, plating, and sanitation standards are met, while supervising and training line cooks during service. The ideal candidate works well under pressure, maintains a calm demeanor, and acts as a mentor to junior staff. You must be reliable and a proficient line cook on a high volume kitchen line.
