Our attorneys handle Personal Injury cases from intake through trial, supported by an experienced national team committed to strong results and exceptional client service.
We are seeking an experienced Oregon-licensed Litigator who can independently manage a PI docket with professionalism, urgency, and strong advocacy.

Responsibilities

Manage Personal Injury cases from initial evaluation to resolution, including pleadings, motions, discovery, depositions, negotiations, mediation, and trial.
Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients.
Align with national litigation systems, case standards, and processes.
Exercise strong preparation, judgment, and ownership over each matter.
Build strong relationships with medical providers, attorneys, and community partners throughout Oregon.

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD)
Licensed in Oregon and in good standing
Demonstrated experience in Personal Injury Litigation
Strong advocacy, writing, and analytical skills
Ability to independently manage a litigation docket
Professional maturity and a results-driven mindset
