VTT Management Inc., is seeking to hire an experienced Multi-Site Lead Maintenance Technician based out of Framingham. The portfolio consist of multifamily, retail and commercial space. The candidate is expected to travel and will perform repairs as well as preventative maintenance at the properties.

Basic responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• The successful candidate will have the knowledge and ability to perform hands-on general maintenance
• Must be able to manage multiple priorities and have a broad range of maintenance skills
• Perform necessary work to keep apartments and common areas in excellent repair and proper attention to curb appeal
• Maintain the cleanliness and physical integrity of the property
• Following through on completion of service requests
• Communicate with residents regarding work requirements and make necessary arrangements to resolve their needs
• Perform day to day preventative maintenance and repairs as assigned
• Perform turns with keen attention to detail
• Basic plumbing (unclogging drains, usage of drain snake), basic electrical and general grounds
• Perform snow removal and de-icing at the property as needed

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working in Multi-Site Property Maintenance
• Available for on-call service as assigned
• Must possess a set of basic hand tools to use in performance of duties
• HVAC, EPA and Maintenance certifications preferred
• Must possess a current Driver’s License
• Have the ability to work independently as well as in a team

Pay: $26.00 - $35.00 per hour
