Lead Maintenance Technician

Full Job Description: We are currently looking for an experienced Lead Maintenance, who can run all aspects for a 448 unit apartment community.

Job Description:
Handle overall maintenance of property & repairs
Handle parts and ordering while watching expenses for budget purposes
Maintain the pool and equipment
Schedule vendors as needed
Comply with federal Fair Housing laws, statutes, and regulations, as well as local laws and ordinances.

Qualifications:
HVAC / EPA certification (Required)
Working knowledge and strength in HVAC Systems, Electrical, and Plumbing
Minimum two (2) years on-site experience as a Lead Maintenance
Must clear screening and have a valid driver's license
Must have reliable transportation and be able to take after hours calls.
