Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and business-minded professional to manage and follow up on leads from different sources, communicate with potential clients across all platforms, and support campaign execution.
Qualifications

Respond to leads from all channels ,WhatsApp ,Instagram ,Facebook ,Emails and event-generated contacts

Qualify leads and understand their needs

Follow up consistently to move leads forward

Transfer qualified clients to the assigned Account Manager

Support sending WhatsApp and email campaigns

Update and maintain lead data in Excel
-
Prepare simple reports on performance and results
Requirements
Must-Have

Very good in Arabic and English (written and understanding)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Organised and detail-oriented

Ability to handle multiple conversations efficiently

Basic to intermediate Excel skills
Preferred

Experience in customer communication, sales, or digital marketing
