Role Overview - The Manager - Analytics for the Abhay Saarthi Program will be responsible for managing, analysing and optimizing data related to the program. The role involves compiling and maintaining need based daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports, developing real-time dashboards using ZOHO and providing data-driven insights to enhance program efficiency. Additionally, the role ensures seamless reporting for donors and stakeholders by collating data in predefined formats for submission.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Management & Reporting:

• Collect, compile and validate data from health camps, wellness check-ups and
• program activities.
• Maintain and update Daily, Weekly and Monthly MIS reports with accuracy.
• Generate ZOHO-based dashboards for real-time program monitoring.
• Ensure timely and structured data submission to donors as per required formats.

2. Dashboard Development & Data Visualization:

• Design interactive dashboards showcasing program reach, health outcomes and impact metrics.
• Follow standard key performance indicators (KPIs) such as vision correction rate, health improvement trends and scheme linkages as per SOP.
• Enhance dashboards for better insights and decision-making support for internal teams and donors.

3. Data Analysis & Insights:

• Identify trends and impact patterns from collected data to drive program improvements.
• Analyse the effectiveness of health interventions, mental wellness support and social security linkages.
• Provide data-backed insights for strategic planning and expansion of the program.

4. Process Improvement & Automation:

• Optimize data collection processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Automate report generation to reduce manual workload.
• Implement best practices in analytics and reporting for improved data quality.

5. Collaboration & Documentation:

• Work closely with field teams, program managers and donor relations teams to ensure smooth data flow.
• Maintain proper documentation of data sources, data sanctity, reporting templates and analysis methodologies.
• Support program teams in adapting reports to evolving donor requirements.

• Enhanced data-driven decision-making to improve the effectiveness of health camps and interventions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s/master’s degree in data Analytics, Statistics, Public Health, Social Sciences, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in data analytics, program MIS reporting, or impact assessment.
• Proficiency in ZOHO Analytics, MS Excel, Power BI, or other data visualization tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex datasets.
• Ability to work with large datasets, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Preferred - Proficiency with Python programming
