Lead Manager/ Inside Sales

Lead Manager / Inside Sales Agent (Real Estate Investing)

Revolve Homebuyer is a St. Louis-based real estate investment company that buys houses as-is for cash. We are hiring a Lead Manager / Inside Sales Agent to handle inbound seller leads, manage follow-up, qualify opportunities, and set appointments for our acquisitions team.

This is not an admin role. This is a phone-heavy, sales-driven position for someone who is warm, organized, persistent, and excellent at building trust quickly.

Remote – United States

Schedule

  • Monday to Friday 10am to 7pm, with one hour unpaid break
  • Evening availability required
  • Saturday availability required

Compensation

$15 per hour plus performance bonuses

What You’ll Do

  • Respond quickly to new inbound seller leads from calls, website forms, texts, and marketing campaigns
  • Make outbound calls and follow-up touches daily to new, warm, and aged leads
  • Build rapport with homeowners and uncover:
  • motivation for selling
  • timeline
  • property condition
  • price expectations
  • who is involved in the decision
  • Set qualified appointments for the acquisitions team
  • Confirm appointments and improve show rates
  • Keep the CRM fully updated with accurate notes, statuses, and next steps
  • Ensure every lead has a clear follow-up plan
  • Re-engage older leads and revive dead conversations
  • Assist with outbound prospecting, cold calling, or agent outreach during downtime

Qualifications

  • Must be based in the United States
  • Strong spoken and written English
  • Clear, professional phone communication skills
  • Comfortable making a high volume of calls and follow-ups each day
  • Strong emotional intelligence and ability to speak with distressed homeowners professionally
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Coachable, dependable, and accountable
  • Comfortable working in a metrics-driven sales environment

Preferred Experience

  • 1+ year of experience in lead management, inside sales, appointment setting, call center sales, or real estate follow-up
  • Experience in real estate investing, wholesaling, acquisitions, or ISA work is a plus
  • Experience using a CRM such as Salesforce, Left Main, Podio, REsimpli, Follow Up Boss, or similar
