This is a fully remote role with candidates preferred in the Eastern Time Zone to align with core business hours.
Position Overview
The Lead Manager / Inside Sales Associate is responsible for responding to all inbound leads, generating outbound follow-up calls, qualifying opportunities, nurturing long-term prospects, and setting high-quality appointments for our acquisitions team. Understanding sellers needs and thoroughly explaining our solutions.

This is a relationship-driven sales role requiring empathy, emotional intelligence, and strong communication skills.
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)Lead Response & Qualification
- Respond instantly to inbound calls/texts using speed-to-lead best practices
- Make outbound calls for follow-up, nurture, missed contacts, and older leads
- Qualify or disqualify leads based on motivation, timeline, condition & fit
- Determine whether a seller is ready to move forward with Ollie Offer
Sales Process Execution
- Follow our proven sales framework accurately and consistently
- Use curiosity, empathy, and emotional connection to build trust
- Ask deeper questions to uncover the seller’s real needs and motivations
- Set high-quality, fully prepared appointments for our outside sales team
Relationship Building
- Connect with sellers emotionally, not just logically
- Mirror tone, pacing, and style to create rapport
- Help sellers feel heard, understood, and supported
- Identify how Ollie Offer can help them move into their next chapter
Performance Metrics
Your success will be measured by:
- Speed-to-lead performance
- Contact rates
- Appointments set
- Appointment attendance rate
- Contracts closed from your appointments
- CRM accuracy & detail of notes
- Consistency of follow-up
CRM & Administrative Work
- Maintain detailed notes in Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Update lead stages, follow-up tasks, and status categories
- Execute structured follow-up sequences with zero missed opportunities
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications)Required
- 1–2+ years in phone sales, inside sales, call center sales, or appointment setting, Real Estate, Wholesaling experience is preferred
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Experience qualifying leads or conducting discovery calls
- High emotional intelligence and ability to build relationships fast
- Comfortable in a fully remote, self-managed environment
- Ability to work 11am–4pm Eastern Time
- CRM experience (GHL preferred or similar systems)

- Real estate or real estate investment experience
Pay: $20,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
