Role Description
HelpLyncs is recruiting a highly capable Lead Marketing Strategist and Social Media Manager to support a growing property management and construction company. This is not a content execution role. We are looking for someone who can think strategically, build a marketing direction from the ground up, and take full ownership of results.
You will receive raw videos and photos on a regular basis and be responsible for turning that material into a professional, cohesive content presence across social media platforms, while simultaneously developing the strategy behind it, who the audience is, what the brand stands for, and how it grows.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and Leadership
- Develop and own a comprehensive social media marketing strategy aligned with the client's business goals
- Define target audiences including buyers, investors, tenants, and partners, and tailor messaging accordingly
- Build and maintain a monthly content calendar with clear objectives and measurable goals
- Identify growth opportunities across platforms, content formats, and campaigns
- Present regular strategy updates and performance reviews to management
Content Creation and Social Media
- Edit and repurpose raw videos and photos into polished reels, stories, carousels, and static posts
- Write compelling captions and copy that reflect a professional, consistent brand voice
- Manage posting, scheduling, and daily community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google with a focus on CPL and ROAS
- Monitor trends, track analytics, and report on performance with clear recommendations
Required Qualifications
- Located in Egypt, this is a mandatory requirement
- Native or near-native English proficiency, both written and spoken, is mandatory
- Minimum 2 years of experience in digital marketing with a strategic focus
- Proven experience building and executing a marketing strategy independently, not just managing tasks
- Hands-on experience running paid ad campaigns on Meta or Google with documented performance results
- Proficiency in video editing using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent tools
- Proficiency in graphic design using Canva or Adobe Suite
- Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and scheduling tools such as Buffer, Hootsuite, or Later
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and take full ownership without micromanagement
- Reliable laptop and stable internet connection
- Available to start immediately
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in real estate, property management, or construction marketing
- Knowledge of SEO or email marketing
- Portfolio with documented results including follower growth, engagement rates, or lead generation outcomes
Role Details
- Work Location: Fully Remote
- Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Compensation: 20,000 EGP per month
