Lead Master Plumber / Plumbing Operations Director (Profit Share)

About Us:

Install Subs LLC is an established, well-capitalized contracting firm launching a highly scalable, asset-light plumbing division. We are moving away from the traditional, inefficient plumbing business model. Our new division focuses exclusively on high-volume, flat-rate fixture installations—starting with a statewide toilet replacement initiative.

We provide 100% of the operational capital, marketing infrastructure, customer acquisition, and back-office dispatching. We are looking for an entrepreneurial, Indiana-licensed Master Plumber to serve as our Executive Qualifier and field leader.

The Opportunity:

You will not be running emergency calls at 2 AM or trying to upsell homeowners on things they don't need. You will be executing highly predictable, flat-rate fixture installations while helping us build the operational foundation of this division.

Because we want an operator who treats the business like an owner, this role comes with a Profit distribution on top of a highly lucrative W-2 base structure.

How You Get Paid: We do not believe in capping your earning potential. Your compensation is designed to reward production and business growth:

• The Executive Retainer: A guaranteed annual stipend paid specifically for serving as our Contractor of Record and maintaining code compliance.
• The W-2 Production Draw: A guaranteed, bi-weekly base salary (with built-in paid vacation) that covers a baseline quota. Every fixture installed above that quota triggers an uncapped, flat-rate cash bonus on your next paycheck.
• The Equity Profit Share: As the division scales, you receive a distribution of the division’s Net Profit (EBITDA), putting you in the ownership seat.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the active, licensed Contractor of Record for the company in the State of Indiana.
• Execute high-quality, code-compliant fixture installations (primarily toilets) in residential and commercial environments.
• Pull required permits (all municipal and credit card fees are covered 100% by the company).
• Maintain a digital GPS/Time Log and submit required photos of completed installations.
• Act as the technical authority for the division, ensuring all future technicians and subcontractors meet the highest industry standards.

Requirements:

• License: Must hold an active, unencumbered Indiana Plumbing Contractor (Master) License.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on plumbing experience.
• Mindset: Entrepreneurial, highly organized, and driven by efficiency.
• Requirements: Clean driving record and the ability to pass standard commercial insurance requirements.
• Must possess a strong understanding of Indiana plumbing codes.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday (Standard daytime routing).
• No mandatory on-call weekends.

Pay: $85,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
