STARTING SALARY : $89,500 - $124,942 Salary is commensurate with experience.
JOB SUMMARY PURPOSE
Under general supervision, the Lead- Materials Planning and Supply Strategy is responsible for designing and executing strategies that optimize material availability, inventory management, and supply continuity. This role drives working capital improvements, supports future growth initiatives, and ensures alignment between Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Operations.
EDUCATION
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Management or Business; or an equivalent combination of related education, training and experience.
EXPERIENCE
7 years of experience in materials planning, supply chain strategy, or related roles.
MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
Strong knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle Fusion, Maximo) and advanced planning tools.
Strong knowledge of inventory control principles, forecasting techniques, and procurement best practices.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects
Ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with executives, managers, employees, external partners, and stakeholders.
Maintains a high level of discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive and confidential information.
