Ease Auto Group is currently looking for an experienced Automotive Technician to join our growing team in Charlotte. We are a customer-focused repair facility known for honest recommendations, dependable repairs, and high standards across every service we perform.

We are searching for a technician who is confident handling diagnostics, repairs, and advanced troubleshooting while maintaining professionalism and efficiency in the shop.

Position Overview:

This role is ideal for a seasoned technician with strong diagnostic ability and hands-on experience working across multiple vehicle platforms. You’ll play an important role in ensuring repairs are completed accurately, efficiently, and to professional standards.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical concerns on various makes and models
• Perform repairs involving engines, drivetrains, suspension, brakes, steering, HVAC, and electrical systems
• Use scan tools and testing equipment to identify issues accurately
• Complete inspections and communicate findings clearly with the service team
• Maintain detailed repair documentation and follow repair procedures
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Assist fellow technicians and contribute to overall shop productivity
• Stay updated on evolving automotive technology and repair methods

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 10 years of automotive repair experience
• ASE certifications preferred
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Familiarity with domestic, import, and European vehicles
• Experience with electrical diagnostics and advanced systems is a plus
• Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation
• Positive attitude with strong teamwork and communication skills

Pay & Schedule

• $30.00 per hour
• Weekly pay
• Full-time position
• Monday through Friday
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No weekends required
