What You’ll Do:
As a Lead Medication Aide (CMA), you’ll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:

Providing compassionate, hands-on assistance with personal care and daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meals.

Leading your shift by guiding fellow associates, managing resident needs, completing reports, and serving as the point of contact for the on-call nurse.

Administering medications accurately in accordance with physician orders and company policies, while maintaining precise records for each resident.

Upholding the highest standards of care by ensuring all services are provided in line with Resident Service Agreements, company policies, and state regulations.

Building positive, trusting relationships with residents, their families, and your team members.
What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience as a certified caregiver and 2+ years of experience as a medication tech in a senior living or related industry.

A proven leader with 1+ years of experience in a supervisory role.

Active state-required CNA and CMA certifications with an acceptable record.

A current CPR/BLS certification.
-
Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
