What You’ll Do:

As a Lead Medication Aide (CMA), you’ll play a hands-on role in improving the lives of our residents by:

• Providing compassionate, hands-on assistance with personal care and daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meals.
• Leading your shift by guiding fellow associates, managing resident needs, completing reports, and serving as the point of contact for the on-call nurse.
• Administering medications accurately in accordance with physician orders and company policies, while maintaining precise records for each resident.
• Upholding the highest standards of care by ensuring all services are provided in line with Resident Service Agreements, company policies, and state regulations.
• Building positive, trusting relationships with residents, their families, and your team members.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience as a certified caregiver and 2+ years of experience as a medication tech in a senior living or related industry.
• A proven leader with 1+ years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Active state-required CNA and CMA certifications with an acceptable record.
• A current CPR/BLS certification.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
