About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead MERN Stack Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3+ years of hands-on MERN stack development experience and be capable of leading development efforts, architecting scalable solutions, and building complex web applications from scratch.

You should have strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js, and Next.js, along with a proven track record of delivering production-ready applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
• Lead technical implementation and contribute to architectural decisions.
• Build and manage RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js and Next.js.
• Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers when required.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry best practices.

Technical RequirementsMust-Have Skills

Strong command of:

• MongoDB
• Express.js
• React.js
• Node.js
• Next.js
• Advanced JavaScript and ES6+ knowledge.
• Experience building complex business logic and workflows.
• Strong understanding of API development and integrations.
• Experience with Git and version control workflows.
• Understanding of application security and performance optimization.

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–3+ years of professional MERN stack development experience.
• Proven portfolio of completed projects.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.
