Role Requirements:

• Ability to lift and maneuver heavy furniture up and down stairs.
• Excellent physical condition for demanding tasks.
• Professional and positive interaction with customers.
• Must be 21+, and possess a valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation is required.
• Able to pass a background check.
• A commitment to maintaining a clean-cut, athletic appearance.

Compensation Details:

• Starting Rate: $20/hr for all new employees.
• Post-30 Days: Movers at $21/hr, Drivers at $23/hr (21+ years with a valid license), and Trainers at $25/hr.
• Performance Rewards: Stand out and earn up to an additional $2-$4/HR, plus the chance for monthly bonuses based on your own individual performance.
