Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise the creative direction for brand campaigns, product visuals, packaging, digital content, and marketing assets.

2. Introduce innovative design ideas, leveraging both traditional design expertise and AI-based design tools to enhance creativity and efficiency.

3. Review, oversee, and mentor existing graphic designers, ensuring quality output and adherence to brand guidelines.

4. Develop visual concepts from briefs and translate business needs into impactful designs.

5. Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and leadership teams for cohesive branding and storytelling.

6. Maintain and evolve brand identity across all platforms.

7. Stay updated with design trends, AI design capabilities, industry best practices, and integrate them into the team’s workflow.

8. Manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of creativity, accuracy, and timely delivery.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree/ Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.

2. 3-5 years of professional design experience, ideally in branding, advertising, or a product-based company.

3. Strong portfolio showcasing creativity, innovation, and design versatility.

4. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); mobile video editing apps (inshot, VN, YouCut or similar); experience using AI tools like Midjourney, DALL·E, Adobe Firefly, Canva AI , or similar.

5. Excellent understanding of color, typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling.

6. Strong leadership, team review, and communication skills.

7. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Preferred Attributes:

1. Experience supervising, mentoring, or guiding designers.

2. Ability to blend creativity with brand guidelines and business goals.

3. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
