In this role, you will lead development on a core loan servicing platform that directly powers financial access for thousands of customers. You will work in a modern engineering environment that embraces automation, AI-assisted development, and continuous improvement, giving you the opportunity to accelerate delivery, improve code quality, and influence how technology drives business outcomes. This is a high-impact role with strong ownership, visibility, and the ability to shape both platform capabilities and engineering practices.
WE ARE: A collaborative, fast-moving technology team focused on building and evolving a critical lending platform. We combine strong engineering fundamentals with modern development practices, including automation, intelligent tooling, and AI-assisted workflows, to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions aligned to business needs.
YOU ARE: A highly experienced Nortridge Loan Servicing developer who brings both deep technical expertise and strong business awareness. You take a proactive approach to problem solving and leverage modern tools—including AI-assisted coding and analysis—to accelerate development, enhance solution quality, and reduce manual effort. You are comfortable leading complex initiatives, guiding technical direction, and partnering across teams to deliver meaningful outcomes.
This is a hybrid role that requires in-office presence in Atlanta, Georgia.
