Lead Nurse Practitioner – Aesthetic Medicine

Compensation:
$100,000 – $150,000+ per year
Base compensation/draw + commission opportunity on ALL MedSpa sales of a growing MedSpa plus + service commission.

We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) with a passion for aesthetics, patient care, and practice growth to join our expanding MedSpa team in Dallas, Texas. This is an exciting opportunity for a provider who enjoys performing advanced aesthetic treatments while helping shape the future of a rapidly growing practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform cosmetic injectables, including neurotoxins and dermal fillers, with a focus on safety and exceptional patient outcomes.
• Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Evaluate patients and prescribe treatments and medications within the scope of Nurse Practitioner licensure and applicable state regulations.
• Help oversee and support clinical staff while fostering a culture of professionalism, accountability, and outstanding patient care.
• Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation.
• Ensure all treatments are performed according to accepted standards of practice with patient safety as the highest priority.
• Deliver a luxury, high-touch patient experience from consultation through follow-up.
• Collaborate with leadership on new treatment offerings and practice growth initiatives.
• Participate in patient education, retention, and relationship-building efforts.
• Contribute to marketing initiatives, including social media content and educational outreach, when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) in the State of Texas in good standing.
• At least 2 years of hands-on experience performing aesthetic injections, including Botox and dermal fillers.
• Experience with biostimulators, PRP, threads, lasers, or regenerative treatments is a plus.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultation skills.
• Strong clinical judgment and commitment to ethical patient care.
• Highly organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Passion for aesthetics, continued education, and delivering exceptional patient experiences.
