Full-Time (40 hours over 4 days) | Clinical Leadership | Interventional Psychiatry

Position Summary

Renue Wellness is seeking an experienced Lead Nurse Practitioner to oversee clinical operations, supervise nursing staff, and ensure the highest standards of patient care, safety, and compliance. This role combines direct patient care with leadership responsibilities and serves as the primary clinical leader of the practice.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and patient flow.
• Lead and supervise nursing and clinical staff.
• Train and onboard new nurses, NPs, and providers on clinical protocols, workflows, documentation, and patient care standards.
• Mentor and support clinical team members to ensure consistent delivery of Renue’s clinical and operational standards.
• Oversee the safe administration of IV Ketamine, Spravato®, and other therapies.
• Ensure patients receive clear, consistent education and communication throughout their treatment journey.
• Oversee patient continuity of care, including treatment initiation, follow-ups, and escalation of patient concerns.
• Identify and address patient engagement or treatment adherence concerns to support optimal outcomes.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical, DEA, state, and federal regulations.
• Implement clinical protocols, quality improvement initiatives, and staff training programs.
• Collaborate with physicians and executive leadership on practice growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

· Licensed Nurse Practitioner, & DEA registration

· BLS/ACLS certification

· Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills

· Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred

· Mental health experience preferred

Pay: $170,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
