Job Title: Lead Nurturing Specialist (Bahraini National)

About the Role
Royal Bahrain Hospital is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Nurturing Specialist to join our Marketing Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for engaging with potential patients, nurturing leads generated through various marketing channels, and converting inquiries into appointments while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with leads generated through digital marketing campaigns, events, referrals, and other channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective patients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication platforms.
- Provide accurate information about hospital services, specialties, doctors, and available packages.
- Qualify leads and guide them through the patient journey to facilitate appointment bookings.
- Maintain and update lead information in the CRM system.
- Coordinate with Patient Services, Call Center, and Clinical Departments to ensure smooth patient conversion and follow-up.
- Monitor lead conversion rates and prepare regular performance reports.
- Follow up on missed appointments, pending inquiries, and inactive leads.
- Support marketing campaigns by providing feedback on lead quality and patient preferences.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies and patient confidentiality standards.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bahraini National.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in lead generation, customer relationship management, telesales, call center operations, or healthcare marketing.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a healthcare or hospital setting.
- Experience handling digital marketing leads and conversion campaigns.
- Knowledge of patient engagement and customer journey management.
