Currently, we are looking for a Lead – OCI Data Integration(Techno Functional, Finance: O2C/R2P/R2R) to join our team.

Job Description

• We are seeking a highly experienced and techno-functional Lead – OCI Data Integration professional to architect, lead, and optimize data integration and engineering solutions across the Finance domain.
• The Lead – OCI Data Integration will be responsible for designing end-to-end data integration architectures, guiding development teams, and ensuring data accuracy and performance across Finance modules.
• This role requires a unique blend of technical depth in OCI Data Integration (OCI DI), functional understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP Finance modules, and leadership ability to align data engineering practices with business outcomes.
• Architect, design, and manage OCI Data Integration (OCI DI) pipelines supporting O2C, R2R, and R2P processes.
• Lead a team of data integration engineers in developing, testing, and deploying OCI-based ETL/ELT workflows.
• Serve as the techno-functional bridge between Finance stakeholders and technical teams to translate business processes into scalable data solutions.
• Oversee integration of Oracle Cloud ERP, ADW, Object Storage, and Data Flow components for unified data delivery.
• Implement and enforce data governance, lineage, and quality standards across Finance data pipelines.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and Procurement teams to ensure accurate financial data movement and transformation.
• Define standards for CI/CD automation, version control, and deployment of OCI DI artifacts.
• Establish proactive monitoring and alerting frameworks for production pipelines using OCI Logging and APM.
• Mentor team members, perform technical reviews, and promote reusable design patterns.
• Drive continuous improvement in pipeline performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of IT experience, including at least 5+ years in data integration and engineering on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
• Deep expertise in OCI Data Integration (OCI DI), Data Flow (Spark), Object Storage, and Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW).
• Strong SQL/PLSQL and performance tuning experience for Finance data.
• Demonstrated techno-functional knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C), Record-to-Report (R2R), and Procure-to-Pay (R2P) modules.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in designing and deploying enterprise-scale data integration solutions.
• Proficiency in data modeling, lineage, and reconciliation for Finance processes.
• Familiarity with DevOps and CI/CD for automation of data integration pipelines.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Certified Professional – OCI Data Integration or OCI Architect.
• Prior experience integrating Oracle Cloud ERP with OCI for Finance data movement and reporting.
• Understanding of data governance and Finance compliance frameworks (SOX, audit readiness).
• Knowledge of Python or PySpark for advanced data transformations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge business and technical teams.
