Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Toddler Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive development of our Toddlers. The Toddler Teacher will be responsible for implementing age-appropriate activities that encourage learning through play, exploration, and creativity. We are hiring for a One year old teacher and a Two's Teacher

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
• Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment for all children, including those with disabilities.
• Provide individualized attention to each child to support their unique learning needs and developmental milestones.
• Supervise children during activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Facilitate group activities that promote social skills, teamwork, and communication among peers.
• Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child’s progress and any concerns that may arise.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to create a cohesive curriculum that enhances the overall learning experience.
• Conduct assessments to monitor children's development and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.

Experience

• A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with young children in a preschool or childcare setting is essential.
• Familiarity with childhood development principles and best practices in early education.
• Skills in toddler care, caregiving, and classroom management are highly valued.
• Previous experience working with children with disabilities is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues.
