Lead or Assistant Preschool Teacher

Nomura Preschool is a family-owned and staff focused early learning center in the Richmond Annex, specializing in elevated care for toddlers through pre-kindergarten. We are looking for a warm, reliable, and enthusiastic Lead or Assistant Teacher for the remainder of the 2025/26 school year (i.e: through August) — with the potential for a permanent position.

This is an excellent opportunity for ECE students or recent graduates who want meaningful classroom experience in a supportive, team-centered school community.

What You’ll Do:

• Support a positive, engaging classroom for children ages 2–5
• Assist with hands-on learning activities and daily routines
• Help foster social, emotional, and cognitive growth
• Build strong relationships with children, families, and staff

What We’re Looking For:

• 12+ ECE units completed or in progress
• Experience with young children preferred
• Strong communication skills
• Dependable, collaborative, and caring
