Lead / Principal SimCorp Business Consultant

A global consulting and transformation organisation is seeking an experienced Lead / Principal SimCorp Business Consultant to support a major investment operations and platform transformation programme in Saudi Arabia.

This role requires deep expertise in SimCorp Dimension, investment operations, IBOR architecture, OTC derivatives, and post-trade operational processes. The successful consultant will work closely with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to drive strategic transformation initiatives across the investment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business consulting activities across SimCorp and investment operations transformation initiatives
• Support and optimise IBOR-related operational workflows
• Analyse and improve trade capture and trade processing functions
• Drive reconciliation and operational control enhancements
• Support asset servicing and fund operations processes
• Configure and optimise Fund NAV processes within SimCorp environments
• Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, technology, and programme delivery teams
• Contribute to OTC derivatives lifecycle and post-trade process improvements
• Support large-scale transformation and operational change programmes

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong hands-on experience with SimCorp Dimension
• Deep understanding of:
  • IBOR
  • Trade Capture
  • Trade Processing
  • Asset Servicing
  • Reconciliation Management
  • Fund NAV Configuration
• Strong knowledge of OTC products and derivatives
• Experience within investment management, asset management, or financial services consulting
• Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and drive business transformation initiatives
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience

• Knowledge of Alternative Investments / Alternatives Operations
• SWIFT messaging knowledge
• Experience working on large transformation programmes
• Prior consulting experience within capital markets or investment operations
