Lead Outreach Specialist

About the Role


As a Lead Engagement Specialist, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers throughout their DNA journey. You will play a critical role in delivering a seamless customer experience — from the moment a kit is ordered to the scheduling of a personalized consultation with one of our Fitness Advisors.


Key Responsibilities


  • Conduct daily outreach to customers via text and other communication channels to maintain engagement and ensure a positive experience

  • Guide customers through the DNA kit return process, ensuring timely delivery back to our lab

  • Answer customer questions promptly and professionally, providing clear and helpful information at every stage

  • Monitor customer progress and proactively follow up with those who need additional support or reminders

  • Schedule consultations with Fitness Advisors once DNA results are ready, coordinating seamlessly between the customer and the advisory team


  • Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and appointment statuses
