We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven professional to join our Paid Media department as a Lead. The ideal candidate will have at least five years of hands-on experience managing Paid Media campaigns across diverse platforms and industries. In this role, you will drive the company’s digital marketing strategy, lead a talented team, and help achieve ambitious business goals.
Roles and Responsibilities

Develop and execute Paid Media campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Lead a team of Paid Media specialists to maximize campaign performance and ROI.

Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement.

Monitor industry trends and best practices to stay ahead of the competition.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategy.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Minimum of five years of experience in Paid Media with a proven record of driving successful campaigns.

At least two years of experience leading a team of 3–4 members and managing a portfolio of at least 10 accounts.

Strong knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools.

Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Experience mentoring and guiding a team of Paid Media specialists.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
