Lead Painter – Seeking the Right Person to Lead A Crew

What We’re Looking For:

In this role, you’ll lead a small crew of 2–3 painters, keep projects on track, and solve problems as they come up. Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality interior and exterior painting with a strong focus on detail
• Lead and supervise a crew of 2–3 painters, providing guidance and support
• Communicate professionally with clients and ensure customer satisfaction
• Troubleshoot issues on-site and find effective, timely solutions
• Maintain clean and organized job sites
• Track progress and report to the project manager/owner
• Ensure that safety procedures are followed at all times

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a professional painter (leadership experience preferred)
• Ability to lead and motivate a small team
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills (with crew and customers)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Dependable, punctual, and self-driven
• Comfortable using ladders, tools, and working both indoors and outdoors
