About Us

Curbstand is one of Los Angeles’ most trusted and fastest-growing hospitality parking brands, serving top restaurants, hotels, and luxury venues across the city. We’re known for professionalism, efficiency, and a people-first culture. Our team members grow with us — many start as attendants and move into supervisor, manager, and even multi-site leadership roles as we expand to new locations.

We’re launching valet + parking operations for one of San Pedro’s newest hot-spot restaurants, and we’re looking for a Lead Parking Attendant who wants long-term growth, takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences, and enjoys connecting with people from all walks of life.

If you want a role with upward mobility, stability, and a company that invests in its employees, this is it.

The Role

The Lead Parking Attendant is the on-site point person for daily operations. You set the tone, ensure smooth flow, lead your team by example, and create a welcoming environment for every guest who pulls up. This is a hands-on role for someone who is reliable, calm under pressure, and committed to delivering a high-level hospitality experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Greet every guest with professionalism and warmth; create a memorable first and last impression.
  • Safely and efficiently manage the parking flow and valet operation during all shifts.
  • Park and retrieve vehicles of all types, including manual transmission when needed.
  • Lead by example — set expectations for service, professionalism, punctuality, and appearance.
  • Communicate clearly with guests about parking procedures, wait times, and any issues.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, order, and safety of the parking area at all times.
  • Handle cash/credit transactions accurately when applicable.
  • Support and guide other parking attendants; step in wherever needed.
  • Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
  • Report operational needs, incidents, and performance issues to management.
  • Uphold Curbstand’s standards for customer service, safety, and reliability.

What We’re Looking For

  • Previous valet, hospitality, or parking experience required; leadership experience preferred.
  • A people-oriented attitude — you enjoy talking to guests and building rapport.
  • Strong communication skills; bilingual is a plus.
  • Ability to drive all vehicle types, including manual transmission.
  • Dependability — you show up on time and take ownership of your role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with calm and control.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Why Join Curbstand

  • Real growth opportunities — we promote from within as we expand to new restaurants, hotels, and citywide operations.
  • Long-term stability — consistent schedules and steady work at a popular, high-traffic location.
  • Work where great people come and go — you’ll meet restaurant VIPs, regulars, locals, and industry pros every night.
  • A company that values its team — respect, communication, and a clear path forward.
  • Become part of a tight-knit team that takes pride in being the first and last touchpoint of a great dining experience.
