Lead Penetration Tester

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Lead Penetration Tester to assess and strengthen the security of systems, networks, and applications. This role leads offensive security efforts, identifies vulnerabilities, and guides remediation strategies.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute penetration tests on web, mobile, network, and cloud environments
• Identify, exploit, and document security vulnerabilities
• Lead red team exercises and security assessments
• Provide actionable remediation recommendations
• Develop testing methodologies, tools, and reports
• Mentor junior testers and collaborate with security teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in penetration testing or ethical hacking
• Strong knowledge of security tools (e.g., Burp Suite, Metasploit, Nmap)
• Experience with web, network, and cloud security
• Relevant certifications (e.g., OSCP, CEH) preferred
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Pay: RO3,600.000 per month
