Lead Physical Therapist

Infinity Rehab is seeking a Lead Physical Therapist for multiple programs in the Denver area including Clermont Park, Shalom Park, Holly Creek Retirement Community and Sunny Vista in Colorado Springs.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and provide direct patient care to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary
• Lead and provide physical therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians’ orders
• Lead and coach PTs and PTAs, directing and supporting them in the care of the patients

Recommended Minimum Position Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will have a bachelor’s degree or higher in physical therapy
• State license
• We welcome new graduates to this program and will provide mentorship as you learn your role and grow as a therapist

Preferred Qualifications:

• One year of experience as a PT
