Candidates should have an ITI/Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering with 5-8 years of experience, including 2-3 years in a supervisory role in road or infrastructure projects. Knowledge of pipeline systems and familiarity with UAE standards are essential. Language skills in Basic English and Hindi/Urdu/Tamil are preferred.
