Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and integrity
• Diagnose plumbing issues and provide customers with beneficial solutions and options
• Utilize company software and technology in the field
• Perform plumbing installations efficiently and accurately
• Service, repair, and replace plumbing fixtures and commodes
• Install and service tank and tankless water heaters
• Operate drain cleaning equipment and perform drain services
• Solder and repair copper piping systems
• Utilize power tools and plumbing equipment safely and effectively
• Maintain clean, organized, and professional job sites

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience
• Proven experience as a Plumbing Installer or similar role
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Highly motivated, organized, and dependable
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
• Ability to lift 60+ lbs, dig, and work in crawl spaces and attics
• Valid California Driver’s License with a clean driving record

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
