• Annual Range: $90K-$110K A Year

Location: Bakersfield, CA

Schedule:

• Full-Time
• Monday - Friday
• On-call rotation, weekends as needed

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of experience in the field is preferred (residential and commercial)
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Experience using Service Titan is a plus
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting, bending, standing)
• Basic mechanical aptitude
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be able to pass a background check and drug test

Core Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair residential/commercial plumbing issues
• Perform advanced installations (water heaters, repiping, etc.)
• Lead, train, and supervise junior technicians
• Assign jobs and ensure quality and code compliance
• Communicate with customers, explain work, and handle concerns
• Prepare estimates, invoices, and service reports
• Manage tools, inventory, and service vehicle readiness
• Enforce safety standards and respond to emergency calls
• Support business goals through efficiency and upselling services

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
