What You’ll Do:

✔ Diagnose & Repair Plumbing Issues – Accurately identify problems and complete high-quality repairs & installations
✔ Educate & Assist Customers – Provide expert recommendations and offer additional services to enhance system performance
✔ Follow Safety & Code Regulations – Ensure all work complies with local, state, and federal plumbing codes
✔ Maintain Detailed Documentation – Complete job records, update our CRM, and track parts usage
✔ Collaborate with the Team – Attend training sessions, assist team members, and contribute to a positive work culture

What We Offer:

- Competitive Performance-Based Pay – Earn 18-20% commission per job, plus additional earnings for upsells, maintenance agreements, and meeting key performance targets.
- Bonuses for High Performance – $200 monthly for top first-time fix rates, $1,000 quarterly for exceeding goals.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Plumbing Experience – At least 2 years of residential plumbing experience preferred
✔ Customer-Focused Attitude – Strong communication and ability to educate homeowners on plumbing solutions
✔ Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to diagnose, repair, and install plumbing systems with precision
✔ Valid Driver’s License & Clean Record – Must be able to operate a company vehicle
✔ Ability to Work On-Call Rotations – Be available for emergency service calls as needed
