Lead Power BI Developer

1. Power BI Development & Leadership

• Lead the design, development, and rollout of interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Guide a team of BI developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Oversee performance optimization, data modeling, and DAX calculations.

2. Data Modeling & Analysis

• Develop efficient data models using Power BI Desktop, Power Query, and DAX.
• Validate data accuracy and ensure reliable data flow from multiple sources.
• Implement row-level security and data governance standards.

3. Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with business users to gather requirements, understand KPIs, and translate them into BI solutions.
• Conduct review sessions, provide insights, and drive adoption of BI tools across the organization.

4. Data Integration & Architecture

• Coordinate with data engineering teams to integrate data from SQL Server, Azure, APIs, and other sources.
• Understand and contribute to the overall data architecture and analytics roadmap.

5. Quality Assurance & Documentation

• Ensure high-quality deliverables through testing, validation, and peer reviews.
• Create documentation for dashboards, data models, processes, and best practices.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,300,000.00 per year
