Lead Pre-K Teacher

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will foster a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, promoting their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role involves implementing engaging lesson plans, managing classroom behavior, and collaborating with parents to support each child's growth.

Duties.

• Manage classroom behavior effectively to create a positive learning environment.
• Engage children in literacy education, math concepts, and physical education activities.
• Support childhood development through interactive play and structured activities.
• Collaborate with parents to discuss their child’s progress and address any concerns.
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment conducive to learning.
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance teaching skills and stay current with educational practices.

Qualifications

• Ability to teach physical education, literacy, math, and other foundational subjects.
• Strong classroom management skills with the ability to create an engaging learning atmosphere.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with children, parents, and staff members.
• Certification in First Aid/CPR is a plus.
