At RSG, we’re welcoming 2026 with intention, structure, and heart. We’re looking for a Lead Pre-K Teacher who is ready to start the year strong and make a lasting impact on our 4–5-year-olds as they prepare for kindergarten and beyond.

✨ About the Role

As our Lead Pre-K Teacher, you will be the heart of the classroom—creating a nurturing, engaging, and structured learning environment that supports academic readiness, social-emotional growth, and confidence.

You will:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate, developmentally sound lesson plans
• Prepare children for kindergarten through structured learning and play
• Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment
• Build strong relationships with families through communication and trust
• Observe, assess, and document student progress
• Collaborate with leadership and support staff to ensure classroom success
• Step in to support other classrooms when needed to help the center flow smoothly

✨ What We’re Looking For

• Experience teaching Pre-K or preschool (lead experience preferred)
• Passion for early childhood education and school readiness
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• Reliable, positive, and team-oriented mindset
• CDA, ECE credits, or degree preferred (or willingness to work toward one)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $17.00 per hour
