Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and learning activities
• Create a safe, nurturing, and inspiring classroom atmosphere
• Maintain daily communication with families
• Track developmental milestones and complete assessments
• Follow licensing standards and all school policies
• Model professionalism, teamwork, and strong classroom management
• Maintain accurate attendance and required documentation
• Support school-wide events and community-building activities

Qualifications:

• Prior early childhood teaching experience required
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood/Education preferred
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and meet licensing guidelines
• Passion for helping children learn, grow, and feel loved

Kiddie Academy of Firewheel is conveniently located. Our academy offers programs from Infants to Pre-Kindergarten as well as After-School programs for Elementary School Students. We are open Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM until 6:00 PM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
