Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum for preschool-aged children.
• Create a safe, welcoming, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Monitor and assess children's progress and development.
• Engage with parents and caregivers to discuss children's progress.
• Lead daily activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive skills.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance program offerings.
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom space.
• Stay updated on best practices in early childhood education.

Requirements:

• Child Development Associates or higher education in child development
• State certification or licensure for preschool teaching.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a preschool or early childhood setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for working with young children and fostering their development.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
