What You'll Do as Lead Teacher:

• Take the lead in creating a fun, engaging, and developmentally appropriate classroom

• Plan exciting lessons that spark curiosity and creativity

• Guide and support assistant teachers

• Foster meaningful connections with children and their families

• Keep your classroom clean, organized, and full of love

You're a Great Fit If You:

• Are 18+ with a big heart for little learners

• Hold a CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education

• Have at least 1 year of experience in a licensed childcare center

• Are CPR/First Aid certified (or can get certified quickly)

• Can pass a background check (we prioritize safety!)

• Are available Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
