Lead Preschool Teacher

Kids in the Ridge Early Learning Program is looking for a caring, experienced Lead Preschool Teacher to join our growing family.

We are seeking a positive, nurturing individual who is passionate about meeting the developmental needs of infants in a safe, loving environment. The ideal candidate will be able to write and implement lesson plans and is willing to complete all required state and Step Up To Quality trainings.

Position Details:

• Lead Preschool Teacher
• Full-time Position
• Center hours: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM–5:30 PM

Available Schedules:

• Full-time: 9:00 AM-5:00 PM OR 9:30 AM–5:30 PM

Requirements:

• CDA or Associate’s Degree in Early Childhood OR any Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience working with preschoolers preferred
• Strong communication and classroom management skills

Compensation:

• Pay is based on education and experience
