Lead Preschool Teacher

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children. This role involves following engaging lesson plans, implementing curriculum, and supporting the developmental needs of preschool-aged children. A successful Preschool Teacher will be instrumental in promoting early learning and ensuring each child's well-being.

Duties

• Build on and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
• Assess children's progress and adapt teaching methods to meet individual needs.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support child welfare.
• Collaborate with other educators to enhance curriculum development and instructional strategies.
• Provide early intervention strategies for children who may need additional support.
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with families regarding their child's development.
• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education.

Experience

• Previous experience working with children in a preschool or educational setting is preferred.
• Familiarity with tutoring techniques and special education practices is a plus.
• Experience in curriculum development tailored for preschool-aged children is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of child welfare policies and early intervention strategies is beneficial.
• Strong skills in lesson planning that caters to diverse learning styles and developmental stages.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.35 - $16.50 per hour
