Lead Preschool Teacher- Bilingual

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Lead Preschool Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters children's growth and development through engaging activities, lesson planning, and effective classroom management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum that promotes literacy, math, and physical education.
• Create lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and developmental stages.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages social interaction, emotional growth, and academic development.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively while promoting positive interactions among students.
• Provide individualized support for children with special needs or those requiring early intervention.
• Conduct assessments to monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies as necessary.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development, behavior, and academic performance.
• Maintain a safe and clean classroom environment adhering to child welfare standards.
• Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience for students.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish/ Arabic or other languages with experience working with preschool-aged children in an educational setting is essential.
• Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early childhood education.
• Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, and classroom management techniques.
• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Experience in behavior management strategies to support diverse learners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
