About the Classroom

What You’ll Do

• Lead a mixed toddler or Preschool classroom using Montessori-aligned practices
• Create a warm, predictable, and engaging environment
• Follow children’s passions and developmental needs
• Collaborate with a co-teacher and admin team
• Communicate warmly with families
• Support outdoor learning and community outings

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working with kids 2-5 years old
• Montessori experience preferred (not required)
• Massachusetts EEC teaching credential (please include level)
• Calm, nurturing, and joyful teaching style
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
