We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with educational standards and promote holistic development.
• Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and social interaction among students.
• Utilize Montessori methods and other educational frameworks to enhance learning experiences.
• Conduct regular assessments of student progress through standardized testing and informal evaluations.
• Manage classroom behavior effectively, ensuring a safe and respectful atmosphere for all children.
• Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's development, achievements, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with fellow educators to create a cohesive curriculum that supports the growth of all students.
• Provide individualized support to children as needed, including tutoring in subjects such as math and literacy.

Requirements

• Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
• Experience working with young children in an educational or childcare setting is essential.
• Strong skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and child development principles.
• Familiarity with Montessori teaching methods is highly desirable.
• Ability to create engaging educational activities that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with students, parents, and colleagues.
• A genuine passion for educating young children and fostering their emotional and intellectual growth.
