Roles & Responsibilities

§ Lead initiatives for maintaining Global Procure to Pay(P2P) process framework, policies and SOPs

§ Lead process governance forums including bench marking against best in class Procure to Pay(P2P) practices

§ Lead mapping, documenting, towards optimizing processes.

§ Define Procure to Pay performance framework to Monitor relevant KPIs, SLAs, and productivity metrics, ensuring alignment with global standards and regional targets. Diagnose root cause and publish insights

§ Develop dashboards and performance reports to support data-driven decision-making.

§ Structure and track governance routines, leadership forums, and action plans.

§ Support transition and transformation projects (e.g., integration initiatives, define interim tracks and future plan ).

§ Partner with IT and Digital teams to identify digitalization and automation opportunities.

§ Promote knowledge sharing and best practices across the region.

§ Support regional teams ensuring collaborative connect between hubs and local operations.

Qualification, Specialization and Certifications

§ Bachelor’s/ Master's degree(Preferable) in Business Administration, Finance, Engineering, or related fields.

§ Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed and multicultural environment.

§ Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI, and SAP.

§ Fluency in English is both verbal and written is must

§ Certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies are considered a plus.

§ 8-12 years of experience in Shared Services, Process Improvement, or Regional Operations.
