About The Role

We are looking for a Lead Product Designer who combines design craft with strategic product thinking. You’ll ensure design contributes not only to usability but also to shaping product direction and vision.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with product managers to co-create product roadmaps.
• Translate strategic goals into design initiatives.
• Develop frameworks that balance business impact with user needs.
• Facilitate workshops and design sprints to align teams.
• Deliver designs that are scalable, measurable, and aligned with product vision.
• Mentor designers on product sense and business alignment.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• 5–7 years of product design experience in consumer-facing products.
• Strong product sense with ability to influence strategy through design.
• Experience working at the intersection of design, product, and engineering.
• Portfolio that demonstrates both craft and strategic problem-solving.
• Excellent facilitation and collaboration skills.
