Lead Production Engineer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Lead Production Engineer with strong experience in steel fabrication, PEB, and workshop operations. The candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing production activities, ensuring quality, productivity, and timely delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage daily production activities in the workshop
• Coordinate with planning, design, and site teams for smooth workflow
• Prepare and monitor production schedules and targets
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and materials
• Supervise fabrication works including cutting, welding, fitting, and assembly
• Ensure production is completed as per drawings and specifications
• Monitor and control production output, wastage, and efficiency
• Coordinate with QA/QC team to maintain quality standards
• Identify and resolve production issues and delays
• Maintain daily reports for production progress and manpower
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and procedures
• Support material planning and coordination with procurement team

Required Experience:

• Minimum 4–8 years experience in steel fabrication / PEB industry
• Strong experience in workshop production handling
• Knowledge of fabrication processes, welding techniques, and materials
• Ability to read and understand structural drawings
• Experience in production planning and execution
• UAE/GCC experience preferred
