Lead Python Developer

Location: Karachi (Hybrid after probation)

Mon–Fri | 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in CS/SE/CE

Experience: 7+ years (2+ in a supervisory role)

About the Role:

Love For Data is looking for an experienced Lead Python Developer / Backend Engineering Team Lead to head its backend team. You’ll mentor engineers, architect scalable systems, ensure code quality, and deliver secure, high-performance applications.

Requirements:

l 7+ years’ software engineering (Python/Django expertise a must)

l Strong experience with REST APIs, relational DBs (Postgres/MySQL)

l Hands-on knowledge of scalability, performance optimization & CI/CD

l Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
